The capacity-building training within the project “Door Out Sport” was held in Belgrade, Serbia. The activity was attended by representatives of partner organizations and clubs and associated partners who gathered skills for the successful implementation of the DOS methodology guidelines in their day-to-day work. Besides that, they enhanced their knowledge and skills for the development and implementation of innovative outdoor multi-sport programs, learned how to provide non-formal education for young people in and through sports and how to use sports in developing awareness-raising campaigns addressing societal challenges. Furthermore, participants learned about new communication strategies and how to design and run attractive campaigns for involving young people in sports and promoting the work of sports clubs and organizations.
The project “DOS: Door Out to more Sport for all” is implemented by a consortium of organizations and sports clubs from Serbia (Camping Association of Serbia, Mountaineering club Stražilovo), Croatia (Karate club Moslavina) and North Macedonia (NGO Interkultura, Basketball club Mladost). Project “Door Out to more Sport for all” is co-funded by the European Union.
