Are you ready to hike, connect across generations, and explore how nature can bring us closer together?

We are  inviting young people and adults from Serbia and North Macedonia to apply for the Hiking 4 Understanding (H4U) Camp – a unique educational experience that combines environmental protection, intergenerational dialogue, and outdoor adventure where we will put our innovative and newely developed methodologies to test. By testing and applying them in the real-world scenarios we will be able to improve them and make them even more impactful.

WHAT IS H4U?

Hiking4Understanding project is co-funded by the European Union with an aim  to empower intergenerational dialogue and understanding in Europe through innovative H4U educational hiking programs addressing environmental protection and inclusion.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We are looking for 24 participants (young people and adults) who:

• Come from Serbia or North Macedonia,
• Are motivated to explore intergenerational and environmental topics,
• Are open to teamwork and outdoor activities,
• Have a desire to learn from others and contribute with their own experiences.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The camp will include a mix of hiking-based educational games, interactive workshops, intergenerational team challenges, and reflection moments that will be held in the stunning natural landscape of Zlatibor.

• Dates: 22–25 August 2024
• Location: Zlatibor, Serbia
• Accommodation and meals: Fully covered by the organizers
• Working language: English
